Release of student information
In accordance with LLCC policy and state and federal regulations, student records are maintained in a manner that protects the privacy of students and provides eligible students access to the information recorded.
LLCC Program Change Form
Use this form to add a new or to correct the academic program listed on your LLCC record. This form should only be used if you are a current student (Note: You will need to log in to your LLCC email to access the form). If you have not attended LLCC in the past year, please reapply for admission.
