We're invested in helping you and look forward to meeting with you! We offer in-person, virtual and phone appointments as well as drop-ins.

Virtual and in-person drop-ins

For this option, you will need to enter your seven-digit student ID number or your username (everything before the @llcc.edu in your email address). If your student success coach is available for virtual drop-ins, then you will see their name listed as “Currently seeing virtual drop-ins.” Please note: the virtual drop-in webpage is turned off when there are no student success coaches available.

Appointments 

You can make a virtual, phone or in-person appointment to visit with a student success coach about:

  • Academic planning and goal setting
  • Academic progress, graduation and transfer questions
  • Completing forms and paperwork
  • Health professions applications
  • Priority registration programs
  • Probation and suspension issues
