Welcome to Financial Aid!
LLCC Financial Aid is offering free, personalized financial aid assistance and help in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Current and future LLCC students are invited to schedule a one-on-one, “Moving Forward” Zoom meeting with a financial aid advisor any weekday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments may be made by calling 217-786-2237 or emailing email@example.com.
“We know many students and families have questions about financial aid, and we are here to help them keep moving forward in obtaining financial assistance for college,” said Alison Mills, director of LLCC Financial Aid. “We have experts available for personalized and confidential assistance with the FAFSA and other financial aid questions.”
Students who need or are entitled to financial assistance for attendance at LLCC will find help in the LLCC Financial Aid Office. The office is responsible for administering traditional federal and state financial aid programs including grants, loans, and work-study. Students should apply for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The LLCC Financial Aid Office also administers programs benefiting many students including veterans, scholarship recipients, and students with disabilities. College Illinois is also administered by the LLCC Financial Aid Office.
Many programs administered by the LLCC Financial Aid Office have limited funds. Students who apply early have a much better chance of obtaining all the assistance for which they might be eligible. Most federal and state programs require students to be enrolled in at least six credit hours per semester.
