Lincoln Land Community College will honor Women’s History Month throughout March with a series of events celebrating women’s achievements, leadership and impact. This year’s national theme, “Leading the Change,” recognizes women who have shaped history and those who continue to champion progress in our communities. All events are free and open to the public and will take place in A. Lincoln Commons on LLCC’s Springfield campus, 5250 Shepherd Road.
Thursday, March 26 – Leading the Change: Women Shaping Our Future, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. — This lunch-and-learn event will feature influential women leaders from the Springfield community in a panel discussion on leadership, advocacy and the importance of women’s voices in shaping the future. Guests will share personal stories and insights on navigating challenges, inspiring others and creating meaningful change.
