Participants are encouraged to wear Juneteenth colors of red, green, gold or black.

The LLCC Library will offer viewings of “The Tex Factor: The Journey of Opal Lee” at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The 15-minute documentary-style video is about Opal Lee, the grandmother of Juneteenth.
