The latest edition of Lincoln Land Community College’s FORWARD magazine will soon be arriving in mailboxes and is now available online.

This issue highlights the people, programs and innovations shaping LLCC and the communities it serves. Readers will discover stories about the college’s impact across generations of local families, including one family with three generations of LLCC graduates. The magazine features a professor who brings geology to life through her Antarctic expeditions, a look inside the college’s newly updated surgical technology simulated operating room and the expanded welding lab that is helping LLCC serve more students and explores how LLCC provides personalized support to students navigating financial aid and scholarship opportunities. Readers will also meet Dr. Curt Oldfield, LLCC’s newest president, as he leads the college into its seventh generation.
