The purpose of this student group shall be:

Support: To assist and provide support for individuals who have coming out or sex-related health issues and the education of Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender/Transsexual (GLBTT) and others about sexual and sexuality related issues; stand in support of justice for people of all sexual orientations; promote awareness of the GLBTT population on campus and to provide a safe zone for the GLBTT and supporters to share ideas, issues and concerns.
- Service: To participate in and provide a visible GLBTT presence in community based activities and those on the LLCC campus; and to provide the members and supporters of the alliance with alternate social opportunities within the GLBTT community.
