SPRINGFIELD, Sept. 13, 2021 — The Lincoln Land Community College Foundation, in partnership with LLCC Culinary Arts and Hospitality, is offering a five-course, gourmet dinner kit pickup on Friday, Oct. 1 with an international theme.
The “Around the World” menu was created by Chef Sean Keeley, LLCC culinary specialist, and features cuisine from a variety of countries. Kits may be picked up in front of the Workforce Careers Center on the LLCC campus from 3-6 p.m.
Each kit, at $125, includes drink pairings and serves two people. View the menu and order kits online while supplies last. Ordering closes at 8 a.m. on Sept. 20.
The event gives culinary students hands-on experience in preparing international cuisine, while also raising funds for LLCC student scholarships and programs.
