LLCC 2018 Honored Alumnus
Timothy B. Smith of Springfield was recognized with the 2018 Honored Alumni Award at the college commencement on May 18, 2018. Smith earned an associate in applied science degree from LLCC in 1987 and a bachelor’s degree from UIS.
Tyson Manker
LLCC 2020 Honored Alumnus
Tyson first came to Lincoln Land Community College in 2004. A 2000 graduate of Jacksonville High School, Tyson enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps infantry.
Samuel Wheeler
LLCC 2019 Honored Alumnus
Samuel Wheeler, Ph.D., became a part of Lincoln Land Community College history at commencement May 17, 2019. Wheeler, who is the 10th Illinois state historian, was honored with the 2019 Lincoln Land Community College Honored Alum Award.
